When you place your online order you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Upon our staff picking your order you will receive an email letting you know your order is on its way. When Aus post pick up your parcel on the same or next business day, you will be sent a tracking number so you can track your order upon it's journey to you.

All orders placed before 2pm will be shipped the same day, Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped next business day. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday. Should there be any items unavailable or delayed our staff will call you immediately to inform you and/or offer alternate options.

If you place an order and need to change shipping details, you will need to do this prior to 2pm on the same day you placed the order, as all of our orders are dispatched same or next business day. It is best to call our shop on 0432211606 should you need to make any alterations to your order. However once your order has been collected by Aus Post and sent there is sadly no option to change any details.

Yes we do ship internationally, however it is best to contact us via email info@horseinthebox.com.au to do so, as we will need to quote you shipping costs. New Zealand customers can place orders online without needing a shipping quote. If in doubt it is always best to contact us prior to placing your order.

All items on our website are live and on hand in our shop or warehouse, so can be shipped to you the day of or next business day. From time to time items may show as out of stock, this means that the item may be on order and will be back in stock soon, you can select the option to be notified via automatic email notification when the item is back in stock OR you can contact us via phone or email to request the item to be ordered for you. You will then be contacted by a staff member when it arrives. Items that we will not be stocking again or are seasonal one off collections will be removed from the site once sold out.
