Delivery:
Parcels will be sent as registered postal parcels. As postage costs vary greatly, we will send you a quote with the confirmation of your order. We will not charge you until you accept it. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Are responsible for any duties and taxes that are charged by their customs departments. Buyers should be familiar with their countries duties, taxes and fees. Exchanges / Returns:
We make every effort to make you happy with your purchase; however if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we will either exchange the product or give you credit or refund. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item if you need to return it. Only goods with original packaging (including tags, etc.) and clean condition will be accepted for exchange or refund. (eg. please use a clean sheet underneath when trying on quarter sheets). If you choose to have a refund, your money will be returned using the same method of payment as you paid for it (excluding postage and handling charges). |
